Initially, he started his journey as a pastor under the late Bishop John Seth Bailey. He served in several positions like choir director, Chairman, Executive Secretary of the International Youth Department, National Adjutant Overseer, and many others.
He has also served as the board member of the Michigan Anti-Apartheid Council. Sheard’s vision and leadership enhanced local and international churches through the implementation of effective plans.
